Eclipse has now merged with Lurid.  I would like to say a big thankyou to all of those involved with making this possible from both sides and in particular Grish.  Good luck to all of those that continue on with the game and move over to the new legion.  Eclipse gave players a fantastic introduction and provided a haven to a great bunch of people, may it be remembered for the good times!

Welcome to Eclipse, an Oceanic (GMT +10) Asmodian legion on the Nezekan server. Eclipse was founded on the closed beta servers. Our goal is end game completion of all PVE content as well as a highly organised PVP event schedule. This legion is founded on a few key principles that if you feel aligned to you should find yourself right at home.

1. Eclipse promotes a friendly, mature (18+), responsible and fair culture within the legion.
2. Eclipse does not tolerate drama, elitism, racism, abusive behavior or general harassment of any type.
3. Eclipse expects its members to have a firm understanding of their class, general game content and designated role in group situations.
4. Eclipse has a very casual event schedule making it easier to balance other commitments.

The leaders of Eclipse have a well founded history in multiple MMOs and a keen understanding of legion structures, loot distribution policies and event scheduling as well as strategy analysis and implementation. We are looking for more like-minded players to join our ranks and clip some Elyos' wings and eradicate the Balaur.

After talking to members in game, and referring them to the forum topic; RE: Merger of our guild we have decided that Lurid is a most fitting home for our members. Savriel and Meth have commenced their move and given no official word on the merger so I have made the decision after much research and communication with Lurid.

Tayii has been the first to move across and Strife and I will try and ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible. Below is a list of the officers of Lurid - Send them an in game tell to receive an invite once you have left Eclipse;

We decided to break the leveling grind up with a bit of fun for Halloween and all get together for a bit of fancy-dress. It had also been quite a while since we'd taken a legion shot, with the last one being upon Legion foundation. It has been fantastic to see the Legion expand and welcome so many great members to its ranks. Keep up the good work leveling folks, more fun to come!

Delayed announcement inc. Yes, yes we all know that Eclipse has been a level three legion for some time now (well almost all of you knew it). Thankyou to all of those that contributed to the legion bank to help with the upgrade. It is nice to say that we did not contribute to Kinah spam like so many other legions in game (the ones that purchased Kinah).

Thankyou Jeru for the Emblem Design, the new crest is a tribute to our legion and is proudly worn by all members (apparently the boobs emblem was already taken).

Casual Recruitment Closed

Due to Legion size restrictions, Eclipse has closed recruitment for casual players except for friends and family of existing Legion members. These casual applicants will still be expected to apply via the forums and be active members of our Legion community both in-game and on the forums. Apologies to other potential applicants out there, should NCSoft change the Aion Legion design, we may open casual recruitment in the future.

Last night a new batch of lvl 20 members drank a suspicious liquor transporting them to a bright new world full of evil blonde angels with white wings. Needless to say we ended the night with about 60+ kills under our belt and only a few casualties.

A big, big thank you to Drizzt for funding the majority of the KISK used last night but also to Grishnakk (PVP Officer) and Forgo (Officer of how to be Awesome) for helping organise such a successful first run for some of our newest lvl 20's.
